The customer raised the following core requirements during the initial procurement communication:
1.We must ensure the equipment suits Kazakhstan's harsh climate, with winter temperatures as low as -30°C, demanding stable crane operation in such conditions.
2. The factory has a large span, requiring the crane to have a span of 22.5 meters, while simultaneously meeting the process requirement of an 8-meter lifting height;
3. The operating frequency is high, requiring an A5 heavy-duty operating condition rating to ensure long-term reliable operation;
4. The customer has localization requirements for the electrical system, with voltage and frequency fully compatible with the Kazakhstan power grid (380V/50Hz);
5. Wireless remote control operation is desired to improve operational flexibility and safety;
6. The product must comply with Kazakhstan'sGOST standards, and complete Russian-language technical documentation and operation manuals must be provided.
Furthermore, the customer specifically set a delivery cycle of 90 days, demanding that production be completed and shipment arranged within this timeframe, which closely aligns with their factory completion schedule.

Upgraded Dust Protection: Given the dry climate and high dust levels in Central Asia, we responded by upgrading the electrical control cabinet and motors to IP55 protection, effectively extending the equipment's service life.
GOST Certification and Documentation Support: Weihua assists clients in completing the GOST certification process required for equipment import and provides a complete set of Russian-language technical documents, installation manuals, and maintenance guides, lowering the barriers to local use for clients.
