L-type gantry crane with electric hoist is a single girder lifting equipment specially designed and manufactured for small and medium lifting capacity, small and medium span, with excellent wind resistance, suitable for loading and unloading of goods, yard goods, and bulk cargoes without load-bearing beams outdoors.

L-type gantry cranes with electric hoists are named because of the “L” shape between the ground beam and outriggers, and are usually operated in conjunction with trolleys or wire rope electric hoists. It features good over-legginess, a short production cycle, a high site utilization rate, a wide operating range, wide applicability, and versatility, among others. The industrial gantry crane has a lifting capacity of 5-16t, a span of 18m-35m, and a working class of A3. The working environment temperature is -20℃ to +40℃.

The L-type hoist gantry crane consists of core components such as a bridge, a trolley running mechanism,hoist trolley or polipasto eléctrico, and electrical equipment. The main beam adopts a skewed box-shaped frame structure, which is sturdy and lightweight. Both ends can be customized as single-end cantilever or non-cantilever according to user needs to meet diverse operating scenarios.

Its unique gantry metal frame structure is supported by the main beam and two rigid legs, which can walk directly along the ground track to achieve flexible movement. When lifting goods, the gantry crane with electric hoist can easily cross the ground beam and use the main beam cantilever to transfer the goods to the outside of the track, which is convenient and efficient to operate.

The trolley running mechanism adopts a separate drive design to ensure smooth operation and accurate positioning. The operation mode is flexible and diverse, supporting control in the control room or wireless remote control to improve the convenience of operation. The conductive form can be selected as a cable or a busbar to meet the needs of different working conditions.
