Their design, manufacture, and inspection comply with the latest international and domestic standards, including FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS, and GB. RTG cranes are versatile, efficient, stable, and reliable, offering a wide operating range, excellent maneuverability, low sensitivity to surface unevenness, and ease of use, maintenance, and repair. Most importantly, they can travel straight and sideways, steer 0-90 degrees, and rotate in place.
Rail-mounted gantry cranes are suitable for loading and unloading international standard containers. They are highly efficient loading and unloading equipment, primarily used in ports, docks, and inland container yards. Their primary function is to stack, transport, and transship containers from ships to land. The main girder is the core structure that supports the weight of the container. To ensure strength, the main girder typically adopts a box-section. Its outriggers are connected to each end of the main girder, thus supporting the entire rail-mounted gantry crane and enabling its movement along the ground track.
Shipyard gantry cranes are primarily used for the lifting, precise positioning, and turnover of large ship sections, as well as for the final assembly of ship platforms. Their main structure utilizes a box-beam or triangular truss gantry constructed from welded high-strength steel plates, offering exceptional resistance to bending and torsional forces. Standard spans range from 50 to 185 meters, with maximum spans exceeding 200 meters. The gantry legs utilize a box-shaped design. Equipped with either a hydraulic automatic leveling system or a mechanical height adjustment mechanism, they compensate for tidal variations in rail height, meeting the construction requirements of vessels of varying tonnages. The entire surface is heavily coated with an anti-corrosion coating and sealed against salt spray, ensuring long-term operation in coastal environments with high humidity and salt spray.
Boat Marine Travel Lift, also known as ship hoisting gantry cranes or yacht lifts, are an upgraded design based on the RTG gantry crane structure. They are primarily used for the handling, storage, and maintenance of yachts ranging from 30 to 1,200 tons. They consist of a main structure, running wheels, a lifting mechanism, a steering mechanism, a hydraulic transmission system, and an electrical control system. The main structure is U-shaped and can lift a vessel above its own height.
