The 10-ton gantry crane is a light to medium-sized gantry crane. It often features a single-girder structure and an electric hoist mechanism. The 10 ton gantry crane offers a lifting height of 3-12 meters, customizable spans, and utilizes trolley rails for lateral movement. It is easy to operate and takes up minimal space, making it suitable for workshops, freight yards, and small to medium-sized ports. It can efficiently load and unload cargo weighing up to 10 tons.
Feixe principal: The core load-bearing part, usually box-shaped or I-shaped. It bears the weight of the cargo, hoist, and trolley, ensuring structural stability during lifting and preventing deformation under a 10-ton load.
Outriggers: Connect the main beam to the crane's traveling mechanism and are available in two types: L-shaped and U-shaped. They support the weight of the entire crane, maintain vertical balance, and prevent the crane from tipping over during movement.
Guincho elétrico: A key lifting component, it consists of an electric motor, drum, and wire rope. The electric hoist drives the drum to wind and release the wire rope, capable of lifting and lowering loads up to 10 tons, with adjustable lifting speeds depending on the situation.
Mecanismo de acionamento do carrinho: It consists of a trolley frame, wheels, and a reduction motor, which drives the electric hoist to move along the main beam, expanding the horizontal working range of the crane.
Mecanismo de funcionamento da grua: This includes the wheels, drive motor, and brakes. This allows the entire crane to move along ground tracks, facilitating long-distance cargo transportation in large areas.
Sistema elétrico: It consists of a control cabinet, operating handle (or remote control), safety switch, etc. It controls the operation of each mechanism and is equipped with overload protection, travel limit and other functions to ensure safe and stable operation.
