Founded in 1988, Groupe Weihua is a large private enterprise group with three production bases and six factories. On June 6, 2023, Weihua Group released the standards of “New Chinese-type Universal Bridge Crane” and “New Chinese-type Universal Gantry Crane”. The “New Chinese Style” cranes have been optimized and designed in terms of process standards, overall height, self-weight, and wheel pressure, and their performance has reached the international leading level. Through big data, sensors, and 5G networks, Weihua Group has also realized online inspection and remote operation and maintenance of equipment, which has greatly enhanced the market competitiveness of its products. At present, “New Chinese” cranes have won several overseas orders worth millions of dollars in Germany, Saudi Arabia, France, Senegal, and other places, fully demonstrating the strength of Weihua Group.

In 2023, Weihua Group focuses on the development of port crane equipment and builds a marine equipment base in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. At present, Weihua Group has more than 100 marketing agents and more than 120 after-sales service teams around the world, and its export sales have increased by 240% year-on-year. Successfully delivered projects include: Saudi Aramco “New Chinese” double girder cranes, France Mittal metallurgical cranes, Ukraine Mittal metallurgical cranes, and other major overseas projects.

On December 23, 2023, Weihua Group took Hainan as the place for international market development and global supply chain layout, and set up global trade headquarters, supply chain headquarters, and a future technology research institute in Hainan.
