The client operates a large-scale production and assembly facility for agricultural equipment, requiring reliable overhead cranes for material handling, equipment maintenance, and assembly line support. The batch of HD-series cranes was installed in the client’s spacious agricultural machinery assembly and maintenance workshop in Brazil. The facility handles large, heavy equipment such as harvesters, tractors, and planting machines, requiring cranes with wide spans and robust load capacity.
Since commissioning, the cranes have performed reliably in equipment lifting, component repositioning, and daily workshop maintenance. The 16t unit manages the heaviest assemblies, while the 5t and 10t units support lighter processes across the full workshop span.
FEM Standard single girder bridge crane (also called overhead crane) is designed to FEM/EN standards. It features a compact, lightweight structure with the hoist running under the main girder, maximizing hook height and reducing building stress. Ideal for workshops, warehouses, and manufacturing plants.
