4 Sets of 100+100 Ton Truss Gantry Crane for Lifting Precast Girders

Project Overview

The first cast-in-place box girder of the construction section of the Zhengzhou South Fourth Ring Road Project, constructed by China Construction 7th Bureau, was completed. In order to ensure construction efficiency, the company purchased 4 sets of Truss Gantry Cranes from Weihua, which were responsible for the lifting and loading of the prefabricated girders for segmental splicing.

Project Requirements

The South 4th Ring Road Viaduct in Zhengzhou is designed for 4 lanes in both directions and faced the following challenges during construction:

Large-span lifting: The bridge is wide, and prefabricated girders need to be lifted across the entire viaduct.
Efficient and coordinated operation: Multiple gantry cranes need to operate synchronously to ensure construction efficiency.
Safety and precision control: Precast girders need to be lifted and positioned accurately, with safety features such as anti-deviation and anti-overloading.
