Installation of Wall Mounted Jib Crane consists of the following steps and points:
1. Confirmation of installation location
Determine whether the wall or column has sufficient load-bearing capacity, and calibrate the installation height and rotation range.
2. Bracket Fixing
Drill holes in the wall and use chemical bolts or expansion bolts to fix the mounting bracket.
3. Swivel Arm Installation
Connect the arm to the mounting bracket and adjust the leveling and rotational flexibility.
4. Hoist and trolley mounting
Install electric or manual hoists, assemble skids and hooks.
5. Cable and control system arrangement
Installation of power supply cables, sliding contact wires or cable slides, installation of control buttons or remote control devices.
6. Limit device debugging
Setting of operating limits to ensure a safe operating range.
7. Complete machine debugging and test run.
