Weihua's 2-ton electric chain hoist utilizes imported low-noise chains, motors, brakes, and safe, reliable clutches from Germany. Developed to DIN standards, the chain hoist's reducer housing is die-cast aluminum alloy, resulting in a lightweight, compact, and durable structure. All internal gears are high-temperature quenched for enhanced wear resistance and toughness. Combined with leading-edge international manufacturing processes, this hoist ensures high gear meshing precision, stable operation, and a long service life.

Estructura

An electric chain hoist primarily consists of core components such as a motor, reducer, brake, lifting chain, and hook.

The motor, as the power source, converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the equipment.

The reducer converts the motor's high-speed rotation into low-speed, high-torque output, enabling the lifting chain to smoothly and accurately lift or lower cargo.

The brake acts as a safety control, ensuring smooth and safe lifting and lowering of cargo through real-time speed adjustment or emergency braking.

The lifting chain and sprocket work together through meshing transmission to achieve cargo lifting and lowering operations.
